All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that are no longer required.
Since our products may include tutorials, explanations, and learning materials, the knowledge and learning experience cannot be returned once provided. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds after purchase.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To help us verify the damage, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the parcel, packaging, and product. If anything is damaged inside, please show it clearly in the video.
Claims without suitable unboxing video evidence may not qualify for a resolution.
After reviewing the damage, we may offer:

Please do not attempt repairs before receiving our approval.
If the courier shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the matter and coordinate with the courier to help resolve the issue.
